Title: A Memorable Stay Surrounded by Natural Beauty
The wildlife seemed disappointed that I didn't bring them snacks.

The staff were pleasant. There were neighbouring resorts/restaurants that are easily accessible as the food at the hotel is not that fantastic.
The hotel was not ready for opening - electricity kept tripping; the staff at reception wasn't competent. The rooms, services and amenities do not deserve to be part of SLH group of hotels. The rooms decor didn't look new; towel rails in bathroom were rusty. The breakfast spread was like any other 4 star hotel.

Rooms were comfortable with everything required, like a safe and a work desk. Relaxing base for weekend in Redang Island. I would have stayed for longer and would recommend it...

The location of this resort is perfect, as it is right in front of a wonderful beach with fine sand that stretches all the way to the sea. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. the staff here are attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. the chef organized a special dinner on the beach, serving delicious food with great presentation. the resort offers a beautiful pool to enjoy.
It's worth noting that the facilities in the resort are in need of renovation, which may affect the overall experience.

We like the seafront villas with the jacuzzi bathtub overlooking the sea. Its really convenient to get to the beach.
For the price we are paying, the hotel still lack the facilities and the staff, we had to carry our bags to our rooms ourselves, and there is no consistent menu at the only restaurant there.

The beach , and watersports , but all of the good stuff was outside of the hotel unfortunately
The hotel was old and tired , the buffet was always empty with most items, the food was also of poor quality . however the ala carte was reasonably ok . The pool is dangerous (we have 5 kids) one child was sucked to the wall from the suction pump, the kids found great fun swimming under the bridge of the pool ( very dangerous) . the rooms were very old and old fasioned . this hotel is for sure not a 5 star, in fact 2 of the staff commented on it being a "no star" . . The hotel needs an upgrade for sure and fesh investment for it to be up there in the recomended hotels to stay in . Hope you dont take offence but its best that I be honest with you in the hope you may take these comments into consideration.

We had an amazing time at the beachfront chalet, right on the crystal-clear waters of Redang Island. The staff was polite and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
My wife says that the resort could benefit from having a kids' club.

It's quiet
No internet in the rooms!! I might be on holiday but like most travellers who pay high prices for a holiday, they need to be in touch with the office and this hotel doesn't cut it. Will never go back for another stay.

I liked the location of the seafront villa. The people at the dive shop were also very easy to work with.
The food and food service was very poor. Very unresponsive and slow getting orders, and their English was very ppor. Many items on the food menu were missing.

This place is located on the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. The stunning view of the crystal-clear turquoise waters and powdery white sand is truly breathtaking. It was a delight to wake up every morning and be just steps away from such a stunning beach. The service at this hotel was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. They were always kind and helpful, and they took care of everything I needed. The room amenities were top-notch, from the mini-bar and sitting area to the fluffy towels and electric kettle. I also appreciated the flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi in public areas, which kept me entertained and connected during my stay. the service and room amenities provided enhanced comfort and made me feel like a valued guest.
If I had to point out one thing, it would be the variety of food for breakfast. While the breakfast spread could have been better with more options, it was still decent.

The most commendable thing about this hotel was that it was situated on some of the clearest and most beautiful waters on the island. Also the bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and we especially liked the wide showerhead.
First and foremost, i feel that we were terribly overcharged. for the amount of money we paid, we definitely expected more than what we got. the staff was very incompetent and when we arrived they did not even have knowledge of our booking. They did not show the least concern about how we were to leave the island, and most of their time was spent gossiping by the front desk.

The lagoon villa we stayed in was incredibly spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. the resort's pool area was great, offering stunning views of the beach. We also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, as this resort was not affected by loud live bands playing in the night. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious local and Mediterranean dishes. We highly recommend this resort for couples and families looking for privacy and luxury while enjoying the beautiful beach and sea. Cons: Nothing for me.

Stay away from this place
It is very badly managed. Rooms are dirty. All the guests were complaining. Prior to my travel i asked them to arrange me a ride from the airport upon my arrival, they forgot to pick me up. Food is not horrible, it is not edable.

We liked the location
Toilet refill hose broke and was not fixed during our stay. Their are no trespassing signs posted. Fortunately the other resorts were more friendly because we ate and spent our days at the other resorts. Ours had nothing to offer and was very expensive to eat at
